Is cold outreach legal in the UK?
B2B email to corporate subscribers is permitted under PECR with a valid opt-out and clear identification; sole traders and partnerships are treated as individuals and need consent. We build to that distinction rather than ignoring it, and we will not run a campaign that requires ignoring it.
Will this damage our domain reputation?
Not if it is done on separate sending infrastructure with proper warm-up and authentication, which is exactly why the build phase takes weeks rather than days.
What isn't included in the monthly fee?
The monthly fee covers the sending infrastructure, compliance work and reply routing. Platform and data-enrichment costs from third-party providers are paid separately, and any change to your ideal customer profile or targeting beyond the original brief is scoped and quoted before we act on it.
