Questions
What counts as a content edit?
Text changes, swapping images, updating opening hours or prices, adding a team member. New pages and new functionality are quoted separately.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Care plans are monthly and you can stop at any time. We will hand over backups and access if you do.
What if we need more than the included 30 minutes of edits?
Extra time is quoted in writing and agreed with you before we start, never added to your invoice as a surprise. If you find you need more than the included time most months, the Business plan includes more hours and may be the better fit — we will say so rather than keep billing extras.
