Is this just a sales pitch?
The report includes what not to do, and clients regularly leave with a recommendation to change one process and spend nothing further. If we thought the audit had to end in a sale we would not charge for it.
Is the fee credited if we proceed?
Yes — the full £495 comes off the first project you commission within three months.
What happens after we receive the report?
You keep the written report and roadmap regardless of what you decide next. There's no obligation to commission further work, and if you do, the audit fee is credited against it as described above — the report is yours either way.
