These terms cover your use of this website. Project work is governed by a separate written agreement.

Prices shown on this site

Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, which is charged where applicable. Fixed prices are firm for the scope described on the relevant service page. Prices marked “from” are a starting point and depend on scope; they are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

The quote builder produces an estimate, not a contractual offer. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract exists between us until we have both signed a written agreement.

We may change published prices at any time. A price we have quoted you in writing is held for 30 days.

Using this website

You may not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use automated means to submit the contact form. We may withdraw or change the site at any time without notice.

Our content

The text, design and code of this site belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without our permission. Work we produce for a client transfers to that client on final payment, as set out in their own agreement.

Liability

This site is provided as-is, for information. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published here.

Governing law
