Questions
Do unused hours roll over?
One month, so a quiet January can fund a busy February. They do not accumulate indefinitely — that becomes a liability we would have to price for.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Like all our Care Plans, Business is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time; we will hand over backups and access if you do.
What's not included in the two hours?
The two hours cover development, content changes and small improvements. Larger projects — a new section, an integration, a redesign — are scoped and quoted separately in writing, and don't come out of the monthly allowance.
